Caroline Newall is a seasoned communications practitioner who specializes in delivering smart, creative and results-driven programs to her clients. Over the years, Caroline has worked closely with Mattel/Fisher Price, Nintendo, Blockbuster, Starbucks, Nestlé, Unilever, AIR MILES, Swiss Chalet, HMV, Durex, General Mills, Nabisco, and Harvey's to help build brands, sell product, communicate to company stakeholders and break through the media clutter to deliver targeted messages. She is passionate about her clients' businesses and as a result works seamlessly with marketing teams to execute impactful and integrated communications plans.

She has extensive experience in strategic planning, proactive media relations, product launches, special events, crisis communications and issues management, media training, speech writing, strategic partnerships, communication to internal and external stakeholders, identifying and researching consumer trends and much more.   Caroline is also skilled at working with local and global communications teams to handle ongoing and current industry issues.  

Prior to joining GCI Group, Caroline worked at Strategic Objectives, the Miami Metrozoo and several not-for-profit organizations.

Caroline holds a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Miami in Florida and a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Western Ontario.  She was also the recipient of the Hank Meyer Public Relations Scholarship at the University of Miami, Florida.

Her teams have won both IABC Ovation and Communicator Awards of Excellence for categories in communication strategy, media relations and brand communication.
