GCI Group Adds to Healthcare and Consumer Lifestyle Practices

Leading Canadian public relations and public affairs agency, GCI Group (Canada), is pleased to welcome the addition of Nate Habermeyer, Senior Consultant, Consumer Lifestyle;  Laine Jaremey, Consultant, Healthcare, and Rick Maddalena, Account Coordinator, Healthcare.

With the addition of several new Consumer Lifestyle clients, Nate Habermeyer joins GCI Group from Temple Scott Associates Inc. where he managed media relations for clients.  Nate has worked with clients on mandates ranging from technology, consumer, corporate communications and public affairs.  Prior to Temple Scott Associates Inc., he worked for the national not-for-profit, Evergreen. 

The continued growth of the Healthcare Practice has lead to the addition of two staff hires.  Laine Jaremey joins GCI Group from MSL Canada.  Laine has worked with healthcare clients representing pharmaceutical, consumer health, medical devices and not-for-profit organizations.  She has implemented many successful on- and off-line mandates to reach consumers, professionals and stakeholders.  In addition, Rick Maddalena also joins GCI Group from MSL Canada.  Rick conducts media relations and online communications to support a growing base of clients.  Rick graduated with both a bachelor’s degree and a post-graduate diploma in Public Relations from the University of Western Ontario.
